Replacement of deteriorated mortar joints is essential to the life and appearance of your chimney

Tuck-Pointing:

Tuckpointing is one of the most common maintenence items we do. When the mortar holding the bricks together begins to deteriorate and no longer can repel the rain. We will grind back the old mortar joint and refill it with fresh, new mortar that will help your chimney keep standing for years to come.

Chimney Flue Resufacing / Joint Repair:

This crown needs to be replaced!

Chimney Concrete Caps:

The concrete or mortar chimney cap on the top of the chimney is one of the most important parts of your chimney system. In fact, many of the leaks that we go out to investigate turn out to be caused by a defective or improperly installed concrete chimney crown (cap).

This Chase Cover is leaking due to a hole that rusted through!

Factory-Built Chase Covers:

On most factory built fireplace systems, instead of a cast in place concrete chimney crown, a galvanized metal cover is used. Generally speaking, galvanized chase covers will last approximately 20-25 years. Once you can start to see rust at the top of the chimney, it is a good idea to replace the chase cover to prevent potential costly leaks and damage to the fireplace units.

We offer a wide variety of Stainless Steel and Copper Flue Caps

Stainless Steel and Copper Flue Caps:

Rain is one of the most damaging elements to a fireplace or chimney. Rain water can deteriorate mortar joints, masonry fireboxes and rust out dampers. We install only quality Stainless Steel or Copper flue caps with LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Dryer Vent Cleaning:

"The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission estimates that in 1998, clothes dryers were associated with 15,600 fires, which resulted in 20 deaths and 370 injuries. Fires can occur when lint builds up in the dryer or in the exhaust duct. Lint can block the flow of air, cause excessive heat build-up, and result in a fire in some dryers." - Source

We can come and clean that lint out of your dryer vent.
